Thank you for supporting EVAEDA Sport & Swim! We are sorry you were not completely happy with your purchase.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

At this time, we do not offer international returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and liners fully-attached, and in its original packaging. Items can be denied for return if deodorant marks, animal/human hair, or lingering odor are present. We are not responsible for items that may have shrunk in the washer/dryer. For wash/care instructions, please refer to our FAQ page. Please note that original shipping will not be refunded when requesting a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
- All water bottles are final sale

- Due to COVID-19, all swimwear sales are final

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


If we are unable to fulfill your exchange request due to limited inventory, you will choose to be granted a store credit or refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
